These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Allied Health Training Limited (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”). By accessing or using our website and booking any training or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility and Use of the Website

1.1. You must be aged 18 or over and a registered healthcare professional (or undergoing recognised training towards such registration) to enrol on courses intended for clinical delivery.


1.2. You agree to use this website and the content provided for lawful purposes only and in accordance with applicable UK laws and professional standards.


2.⁠ ⁠Professional Responsibility and Scope of Practice

2.1. Our courses are intended for educational purposes and to support the continued professional development (CPD) of healthcare professionals.


2.2. Completion of any training does not authorise automatic delivery of private clinical services. You are responsible for ensuring that any service you provide is:


Within your professional scope of practice,


Aligned with your regulatory body’s standards (e.g. GPhC, NMC, GMC),


Delivered from registered premises where required (e.g. those regulated by GPhC or CQC), and


Underpinned by appropriate indemnity and liability cover.


2.3. It is your duty to verify that you meet all regulatory, clinical governance, and legal requirements before offering any service following training.


3.⁠ ⁠Insurance and Premises Requirements

3.1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold:


Valid professional indemnity insurance,


Suitable public liability and business liability insurance, and


Access to and/or registration of an appropriate clinical setting that complies with relevant health and safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality requirements.


3.2. You must not provide any clinical service learned through our training from unregulated or non-compliant premises.


4.⁠ ⁠Accreditation and Clinical Governance

4.1. Our courses are designed and reviewed to align with current best practice and available national guidance, however we are not a regulatory or licensing authority.


4.2. It remains your professional obligation to maintain competence, complete reflective practice, and undergo supervision or peer support where applicable.


4.3. Where relevant, we advise practitioners to liaise with their indemnity provider or regulatory body to ensure the course and any resulting service delivery are appropriately covered.


5.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All content provided through this website, including course materials, training videos, and resources, are the intellectual property of Allied Health Training Limited or licensed third parties.


5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works, or otherwise use any content for commercial purposes without express written consent.


6.⁠ ⁠Accuracy of Information and Limitation of Liability

6.1. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, training content is subject to change due to evolving clinical guidelines and regulations.


6.2. We do not accept liability for any decision or action taken by an individual based solely on training or information provided through our courses.


6.3. You acknowledge that any clinical or professional decisions you make are at your own risk and should be supported by appropriate clinical judgment, evidence base, and regulatory adherence.

7.1. The training provided does not guarantee competence or entitlement to practise any clinical service. Practical application of knowledge must comply with current UK legislation, regulatory standards, and relevant local or national protocols.


7.2. It remains your responsibility to ensure the services you intend to deliver are legally permissible, appropriately insured, and conducted in a safe and ethical manner.


8.⁠ ⁠Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, store, and use your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.


9.⁠ ⁠Amendments to These Terms

9.1. Allied Health Training Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website and booking of training following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


10.⁠ ⁠Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.


10.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
